Tania brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, executive recruitment, team coaching, and organizational development. Her career spans a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, services, retail, and consulting—where she has led comprehensive recruitment processes for roles ranging from frontline positions to high-potential young professionals and strategic leadership roles.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de Bolivia and an MBA from UIDE. She is certified as an Executive Coach and Speaker by the John Maxwell Team and has completed advanced training in leadership and personal development in Spain.
As the founder of TCconsultora, she led a team of nearly 20 professionals and supported more than 100 companies across her home country in strengthening their human resources capabilities. She has designed and implemented full-scale HR departments, talent development plans, and cultural transformation programs.
In her role as an executive coach, she has worked with mid-level and senior leaders to foster self-leadership, improve communication, and enhance emotional intelligence.
